Dynamic Excel Video Generator

I have a roster in Excel that stores each user’s preferences, and I want every line of that sheet to blossom into its own short “year-wrap” style video. Think Spotify Wrapped, but driven entirely by my spreadsheet.

Here is what the system needs to do:
• Read the Excel file, recognise the unique user ID and the preference fields that belong to that person.
• Feed those values straight into a playful, colourful template—text call-outs, smooth transitions, light motion graphics—no charts or icons, just lively typography and animated elements matching the data.
• Render an individual MP4 (1080p is fine) for every user, and drop the files in an output folder with a clear naming convention (e.g., userID_wrap.mp4).

I don’t mind if you script everything in Python, Node, or an Adobe After Effects/ExtendScript pipeline—as long as it runs unattended: one command, one batch of videos. If FFmpeg, Lottie, or an AE render queue helps, feel free to use them.

Acceptance criteria
• I point the script to an .xlsx and a template folder, hit run, and it finishes without manual tweaks.
• All data from the spreadsheet appears correctly in the corresponding video.
• The look stays playful and colourful, matching the supplied style frames.
• Final files play smoothly and stay under 15 MB each.
