Dual Mapping Platform Integration into App

I'm looking for an expert in mobile app development who can integrate either Esri ArcGIS and Mapbox into my app idea that I have build myself by using python and kivy language. The integration should provide robust mapping and visualization capabilities as well as geocoding and routing functionalities. My actual app idea is functioning and I can use it into my cell phone Samsung galaxy without a problem.
