AI-Driven Model Car with SMS Alerts

I need an expert in AI, TensorFlow, OpenCV and Raspberry PI to program a model car and its transmitter. The car should be capable of autonomous driving, with the AI handling:

- Object detection
- Lane following
- Obstacle avoidance

The transmitter will communicate with a standalone device. A crucial part of this project is the SMS feature, which should send emergency messages when necessary.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with AI and machine learning models
- Proficiency in programming with TensorFlow and OpenCV
- Hands-on experience with Raspberry PI
- Capability to develop and integrate a reliable SMS system
