AI-Driven Chat App Development using AZURE Open AI API -- 2

I'm seeking experienced developers to create a chat app using Flutterflow, Bubble, or HTML. Key requirements of this project include:
- Incorporating real-time messaging,
- Utilising Microsoft's Azure Open AI trained on our own data, specifically for its Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities.
WE WILL PROVIDE JSON/CURL/PYTHON for the API calling
The main application of NLP will be in chat message processing. This would require the system to understand, interpret, and generate human-like responses to the users' messages in real-time.
An ideal candidate for this project will have significant experience in working with Flutterflow, Bubble, or HTML. In addition, experience with Azure Open AI and its NLP functions is critical. Demonstrated experience in developing chat apps or utilizing NLP in app development will be highly considered.
