Draw Diamond, or cube ,and or sphere at x,y point

I have a Python code that plots output for my project and I need to Draw a small Diamond or cube ,and/or sphere at x,y point similar to the attached picture. I will provide the original python code. In the code, I need to be able to change in the color and size of these shapes. in the code, you draw only one shape at a time. example cube at 0,0 , diamond at 3.3 and soon on
