Download sitemaps and save as csv with python.

I am looking for a Python developer to help me with a personal project. I need a script that can download the sitemaps from sitemap_index.xml link (only a couple of sitemaps present) and save them one CSV file.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in Python and web scraping
- Experience working with sitemaps and CSV files
- Knowledge of HTTP requests and file handling in Python
Project requirements:
1. Download sitemaps: The script should be able to access URL and download their corresponding sitemaps.
2. Save as CSV: The downloaded sitemaps should be saved as CSV files in the desired format. In this case, the CSV files should be comma separated.
3. Error handling: The script should handle any errors that may occur during the download or saving process.
