Download files from microcamera SD-CARD

I need to implement the recovery of files saved on the SD from a microcamera purchased on AliExpress.

The connection to the microcamera should be through a LAN by VPN (remotley).

I need a Python process that allows me to control:

1) The list of files or the time interval of the recordings present on the SD on board the camera

2) Proceed to download the files I need

3) I need the files to be in avi or mp4 format

Key Requirements:
- Development of a file download application for desktop (specifically Windows).
- Ability to connect to the microcamera via a LAN by VPN.
- User-friendly interface for seamless file transfer.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in python process
- Familiarity with network Onvif protocol or Tuya protocol
