Document Data Extraction Model Development

As part of an exciting new project, I'm seeking assistance in developing and training models for extracting specific data from a variety of documents - particularly contracts, resumes, and expense bills.
Required Outcomes:
* Establishing data models that can accurately identify and extract names, dates, amounts and other detailed information from the given documents.
* Creating effective datasets for optimizing model performance.
Desired Experience:
* Knowledge in data extraction and machine learning models.
* Proficiency in handling both structured and unstructured documents.
* Exceptional attention to detail to ensure comprehensive extraction from complex documents like contracts and resumes.
Note: The project will specifically require the extraction of candidate details from resumes such as name, email ID, work experience, skills, etc., and expense details from bills including hotel, food, cab and miscellaneous expenses.
