Dockerized Web App & API Deployment

I'm looking for a seasoned professional who can help me with a containerized deployment of my Python-based Web App and API on a local client server. This task also includes integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) with EntraID using SAML.
The entire process should be triggered by a GitHub repository event, following this sequence: GitHub repo trigger -> Build -> push to on-premise server.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency with Docker for containerization
