Dockerize a Python app

Hello you wonderful developers,

I have been developing a Python app that requires transformation into a Docker container. I'm getting busy with another contract so I'm looking for some help getting the last 10% of this project done.

The code has a fairly small footprint (around 2000 lines not including the libraries it relies upon: Pandas, numpy, Flask, psycopg). It runs on Linux and will be running on RHEL 8 using Podman.

I wrote all of the code for this myself, and I am just getting busy with a new contract. Please treat me as a highly technical employer who will read and test your code directly (because I will!).

This work doesn't require that you understand all of my code.

This work WILL require:

* Making docker files for a couple of different processes in this system. (Probably 2 of them.)
* Making sure the containers are able to access external database resources.

Sound good? I am happy to pay very competitively for high expertise that gets the job done quickly, and I am also happy to take on someone who needs a "learning job" and will take a longer time. Make me an offer. :)
