Docker/Python coder wanted.

I have a 80-90% finished website which i need finishing. It is gambling based for a video game. I cant get it to load on local pc maybe because of hooks or errors in the code, but i have had it running about a year ago, and we never finished of bug testing and getting the site to go live. So im looking for someone who can firstly get it so i can boot it to my local, secondly i need all domains and databases changing, some stuff removed, then the website finished off (including bug testing) and maybe a couple more things added to it.
