Docker Configuration for Two Python Apps

I'm seeking a professional to create a Docker configuration for running two Python applications on the same container.
1st App: A FastAPI microservice with the following dependencies:
- fastapi==0.115.6
- mysql_connector_repackaged==0.3.1
- pydantic==2.10.5
- PyJWT==2.6.0
- PyJWT==2.10.1
- python_dateutil==2.9.0.post0
- Requests==2.32.3
- SQLAlchemy==1.3.20

2nd App: A Python application that uses the Flet library to consume the first microservice. Its dependencies include:

- mysql_connector_repackaged==0.3.1

- Requests==2.32.3
Key Requirements:
- You'll need to assess and recommend whether a Windows or Linux-based Docker image is more suitable for this project.
- Both apps should run within the same container.
- The Docker configuration should use Python 3.9.
The source files, database scripts, and data will be provided once an agreement is reached.
