Django rest api with relational database (authentication, registration and 5 more endpoints)

I am looking for a freelancer to build a Django Rest API with a relational database, including authentication and user registration. This API will need to be able to work with MySQL, which is the database I am using. Additionally, I will require authentication and user registration. The authentication will have to be implemented using a bear token system and the endpoints should only be accessible through this endpoint. Registration can happen as 2 types of users, Type1 and Type2. Besides the standard information, Type2 will also have the possibility to post tweets like information (max 200 characters). Type1 are able to follow Type2 users. Lastly, I need the API to have 6-10 endpoints. The freelancer should be able to create the API efficiently and quickly, ensuring everything works correctly.
