Django developer for ai chatbot

I am looking for a Django developer with experience in creating AI chatbots using IBM Watson. The main functionality of the chatbot will be answering customer queries. The chatbot should be integrated into our existing system as a chatbot on messaging platforms, specifically Facebook Messenger.
