Django-based Student Help App Development

I'm seeking an experienced Django developer to create a student-centric app that bridges the gap between students who need academic help and those who can provide it. The project involves creating a feature-rich platform where:

- Users (exclusively students) can sign up and log in securely to the app.
- Students can create posts detailing the academic assistance they require. These posts should be shareable within the app.
- The app should include robust search and filter capabilities, making it easy for students to find the help they need.

The core interaction within the app is through private messaging. This feature will allow students to reach out to one another, discuss their needs, and ultimately provide or receive the required help.

Ideal candidates for this project will have a solid understanding of Django, experience in creating and maintaining secure user authentication systems, and a strong grasp of UI/UX principles to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience. An understanding of student dynamics and the academic environment could be an added advantage.
