Django Youtube & Spotify API website

Hi i need a Django Youtube-style web/app developed,
i have a template to work from that will help make this task easier
i have the server, client zip files but here is the website template http://www.midistax.com/

The website is using is also using spotify & youtube API features that have been implemented already in my template.

The website will need functionality video community similar to Youtube
pages/ functions needed include
- song filtering
- admin ability to make custom playlist
- user accounts and profiles
- admin approved youtube creator accounts
- point scoring system (will explain in depth on zoom call
- user leaderboard page from scoring system
- ability for users to save songs to playlist
- comment categories on each video
- youtube videos search filtered grouped together by song name
