Django Rasa AWS Expert

We have a project in python django for Rasa Chatbot with custom functionalities. Need an expert in RASA and AWS to host it on EC2 instance. We are having issues, as something or the other fails while hosting the model, but everything is working perfectly on Local. Rasa version is 3.1 - we have built custom functionalities.

As per couple of developers I have spoken to, it is a known fault of Rasa. Looking for experts only, no time for hit and trials.
