Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled Django/Python backend developer to work on our website ApnaPG.in – a growing platform that helps users find PG (Paying Guest) accommodations.
We already have a basic frontend/UI and need backend expertise to complete and scale the project.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in Django and Python
Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL
Integration of user authentication, admin dashboards, and listing filters
Familiarity with deployment on servers (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean)
Basic understanding of frontend integration (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
Should write clean, scalable, and secure code
Project Goals:
Implement user registration & login (with email/OTP-based verification)
PG listing module with search, filter, and location-based results
Admin panel for managing users and listings
Payment gateway integration (optional/phase 2)
Feedback/review system
Optimize backend performance and security
Timeline:
We’re looking to complete the MVP in 3–4 weeks.
