[Django, Python] Simple Web App

Hello everyone,
We need to create a simple web application in django with python.
It will be a website that will link to two other existing websites and 'pull' data to present it. The websites that will be connected are:

https://powo.science.kew.org/about
More specifically:
The application of this paper can be called FindGreen and do the following:
- The user will create an account with username and password
- He will enter his location and depending on it, lists of plants that thrive in the area will be displayed.
- There will be filters so that one can select trees, shrubs or herbaceous ornamentals respectively
- There will also be a filter to select water requirements
The gui should be green simple and nice :)
