Django - Python Script needed for CSV file input to Shopify with Shopify API

Hi,
I need a very good Python Programmer who can understand our script and modify it using a csv file as an input format. The products in the csv file should be created and updated depending on the changes inside the CSV file.
Most of the code is already done, we need some modifications to it.
Also there is some testing involved in it to make sure it works.
Goal: Read CSV File, Group the products, create them in Shopify using Shopify API, Update the product inventory. 90% is done already only some modifications are needed.
Only apply if you are familiar with Python and Django framework. No time wasters.
