I am seeking a competent Django developer to elegantly combine three Django projects that all have distinct databases.

Specific requirements include:
- The three Django projects use the same Django version. Familiarity with different Django versions is beneficial but not compulsory.
- Troubleshoot potential conflicts between the apps in my Django projects; however, none are known at this stage.
- The databases for each project differ entirely. Therefore, experience with complex database structures and integration is crucial.
