Django Plagiarism Detection App

I'm looking for a skilled Django developer to create only one single app that handles plagiarism detection through text comparison uploaded by users in form of .pdf or .docx format. The app needs to check sources both online and from an internal database, and should be able to handle PDF and Word document formats. After that, the system should be able to generate a report consist of the percentage of plagiarism, the text that are plagiarised together with the sources.
