Like - Retailer, Distributor, Master Distributor, Admin and Super Admin.
1. User (Retailer, Distributor ) can do Mobile Recharge through Web site and Get comission on Recharge.
2. Admin will add multiple 3rd party api for Recharge
3. Admin Set Comission on Recharge
4. Admin can Active or Deactivated user
5. A wallet for every user and Balance debit from Virtual wallet when user Process Recharge.
