Django Hospital Management System Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a comprehensive hospital management system using Django and SQL databases. This project has to be completed ASAP.
Key Features:
- Patient Management: The system should allow for easy recording, updating and tracking of patient information.
- Appointment Scheduling: It should also have a reliable scheduler for appointments with medical professionals.
- Billing and Invoicing: The system should be able to handle billing and invoicing for the hospital services.
Integration with existing systems is not required. The project is relatively straightforward but needs to be robust and efficient.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong grasp of Django web framework
- Proficiency in SQL databases
- Prior experience in developing similar systems is highly preferred
- Ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines
