I need a Python app in any framework to manage and backup files from local storage to mounted WebDAV storage in Linux.

Steps Tasks:
- Analyze file sizes before starting the backup to calculate necessary backup delay between the files. It is necessary to prevent backup issues, WebDAV crashes.
- Create a verify and check task to runs when folders finish to be backup: to check total files, the file names, and file sizes between local storage and WebDAV storage and remake backup when necessary.
- Backup should be about files created or modified from yesterday . Files create or modified from today's should not be backup.
