I'm looking for a mid-level Django CMS developer to create a robust and efficient Application Tracking system. The system should include Application submission tracking, Resume management, and Candidate evaluation.
Key Features:
- Application submission tracking: The system should allow us to track the progress of different applications, indicating where each candidate is in the process.
- Resume management: We need a system that can handle extensive resume uploads, process them, and store them securely.
- Candidate evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of candidates by providing a framework to rate, assess, and compare them.
System Integration:
The developer will need to work on integrating the Application Tracking system with other existing systems or platforms. Experience in API integration is a plus.
Ideal Developer:
- At least mid-level experience in Django CMS
- Strong background in developing tracking systems and databases
