Django Application Development with MySQL Database

I'm looking for a Django developer for django development and database are MySQL / Postgress. Currently it's setup to use dogitalocean for storage which needs to move files to another vps.

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficient in Django and Python
- Experience with MySQL
- Strong understanding of web application development
