Django Access Request.POST form having a dropzone field and an input field -- 2

I need help in a project I have to create a form which consists of one dropzone input, one text input and another date input. I tried to do it from my end however when i print the request.post in my view.py file all I'm getting is the CSRF_token. If needs be i can provide you with the html code for the page.
