Display list of JIRAs using Atlassian API in Python Django

Create a Python Django project to:
* Create user account
* Ask for jira cloud URL
* Connect to jira cloud using jira API
* OAuth dance for user to sign in to jira
* Pull list of all stories where "assginee = currentUser()" in jql (all stories assigned to user)
* Display list of jira's on a web page (any format will do)
* Save credentials in db so user can come back next time and see list of jiras directly
