Dispatch TMS SaaS software

We are currently using software by https://www.totaldispatcher.com and would like a similar software to be built for us. It is a TMS system/ Dispatch Software. We need user management by role ex. admin, managers, carriers, drivers with system access. We need to create loads and dispatch them to drivers. Drivers are assigned to a manager who is in charge of their drivers and carriers. loads need status levels that to advance them through the workflow that will end in invoicing and be tied to our Authorize.net gateway for payment. We need reporting as well. The system will need a notification system via email. We need to be able to create emails that we can tie to a trigger for notification.
