Discord Script

This should be simple in the right hands: I want to have a script built in python / JSON that will allow me to get specific user's live posts, (in real-time) within a specific channel on a different server (that I am just a user of w/no admin rights). Then, I would like to copy their posts to a channel on a server that I own in real-time. I would like to be able to add multiple users from different channels of different servers, including private channels (if possible). To Summarize: I am just trying to build a channel, on my own Discord Server, that contains only specific user's posts from different servers.
