I'm looking for a Discord bot that can join a voice call and stream an m3u8 file from a URL continuously.

Key Requirements:
- Join a voice channel and stream an m3u8 file from a provided URL.
- Respond to user commands:
- "!join"
- "!leave"
- Automatically reconnect if disconnected from the voice channel.
