Discord Bot for G-Portal Rust Server

I'm in need of a Discord bot that connects to my G-Portal hosted Rust game server. This bot's primary role is to execute game commands from Discord.

Key Features:
- Execute Admin commands: The bot should have the capability to run server commands.
- Execute Player commands: The bot should also be able to run commands as if they were coming from a player.
- Handle Automated tasks: The bot should be able to perform pre-scheduled tasks or respond to certain triggers in the game.

User Authentication:
- The bot should have user authentication capabilities, assigning different command permissions based on Discord roles. This is to ensure that not all commands are available to everyone, but rather tailored to specific roles.
