Discord Bot for ICO Whitelist

I am looking for a freelance developer to create a Discord bot for my ICO whitelist. The bot should have the capability to handle custom commands and provide a seamless user experience. My ideal candidate should have experience in developing Discord bots and should be proficient in coding languages such as Python.
The flow is simple: If a user types a command like !whitelist in my discord bot it will notify them they have been added to our whitelist. this information should be saved to a CSV file or something similar so I have a log of all whitelisted people.
