Discord Account Creation Script

I need a Python script for Windows that automates creating Discord accounts. The user should only need to input a phone number; the script should handle the rest and create up to 10 accounts per second.

Ideal Skills:
- Expert knowledge in Python programming
- Experience with Windows OS
- Familiarity with Discord's account creation process

Please note, a command-line interface (CLI) is sufficient for this task. A graphical user interface (GUI) is not necessary.
