I need a system working on blockchain technology, which can be able to sell or buy land repositories (digital transactions of buying and selling of land to different owners) (could be a specific number or token) through a secure transaction method. The preferred languages could be python, solidity, truffle framework, or I'm up for your suggestions too.
It could be an app or a desktop application, whatever. But the system must be able to add land records, maintain those records, buy those kinds of records through a secure mechanism of blockchain. You can create a smart contract for every property listed on the system. I am up for every logical suggestion.
