Digital badge and certificate platform (Blockcerts and OpenBadges)

Build a web app to create, issue and verify blockchain-based certificates for academic credentials (badges and certificates) in a digital format. We will work with standars already created for that purpose like Open Badeges and Blockcerts.

The project is only the build of the web app, where the University can
- Create a Certificate with cert-tool with a pretty editor
- Sign and Issue a Certificate with cert-issuer
- View and verify a certificate with cert-viewer and cert-verifier

We will use these technologies:
- Docker
- Python - Flask
- JQuery
- Bootstrap
- HTML
- AWS Amazon
