Digital Image Signal Processing with Python/R - Colorimetry

Trying to identify color signals from images and understand the most effective way to reduce noise and find signal in multi-level model based on colorimetry analysis with two color spaces (CIELab & HSV). Trying to identify presence and density of 3 reflective substances based on spectral analysis of digital images without white balance. Also need to compare 3 images to normalize for white balancing. And split some images in half.

Prefer Python but can use R if needed.
