Dex/Cex Python Program

We need a python program which does the following:

Blockchain: Ethereum + L2
Language: Python
Tags: blockchain, Ethereum, polygon, arbitrum, flask, database, python
Apps: UniswapV2/V3, CEX

- All the Actions must be callable with their arguments via a flask local webserver
-- Positions, must be saved in a database (sqlite)
-- if a position close the variables must be saved in a database
-- Functionality to show all PnL and give a summary

- Authorize against the Dex/CEX
- Set Limit, Market, Take-Profit, Stop-Loss Orders against two Dex
-- It is necessary to create a perp position, which starts at a defined price
and also initiates a take-profit and stop-loss for that position
- Close a position
- Close all positions
- Watch position, if still available
- Instead of closing position change/modify stop-loss and take-profit
- Settle PnL
- Withdraw / Deposit Tokens
- Swap Tokens against dexes like uniswap, defillama
- If position is opened/closed or tokens are swapped send:
-- email
-- telegram
- Send daily overview of token holdings, positions, PnL
- Simulate / Test Transaction with lowest costs (gas fees) possible

- No GUI needed, all can be done on commandline
