Development the Recommendation System(Reinforcement Learning)

We are looking for expert for medium term project which requires well expertise in Python language. This project focuses OTT platform to improve the user experience by suggesting the users decent recommendations. Although previous experience of developing similar system is not mandatory but experience with reinforcement learning is mandatory for the project.
