Development of batch report Odoo V12 community

Description:
It is required to develop a custom module to achieve the following on odoo v12 community:
1.- Add a field to the “folio” product file (non-mandatory field) (both to product_product and product_template), the objective of the new field will be the dividing number to obtain the quantities in "units" of the product folios in the attached report.
2.- Create "print button-->batch report" on the inventory module->delivery note operations. Then a modal should appear asking for the name of one or more categories, the modal should pull the category master from the product and present it to the user, the user can type to filter the list, then the user will click a button print report and from this moment begins the extraction of information on the previously selected batches.
3.- At the time of executing the report, the module must add the units per product reserved for each product and transform them into pages according to the dividing number that is in the product file. One product for each row, for example, if the sum of the btah picking of a product X is 150, then that number is transformed into the number of pages according to the example report.
