Development of Remaining PDF Tools for a Professional Web App (React + Node/Python + Tailwind)

I'm building a professional online PDF toolkit (like iLovePDF) using a React frontend and a Python/Node backend. Some tools are already complete (Merge, Split, Compress, Sign PDF). I need help developing the remaining complex tools:

1. PDF to Word (retain formatting)
- Very important to retain complex formatting (charts, tables, images)
- Additional features: Batch processing, OCR support for scanned PDFs, Password-protected PDFs support

2. PDF to Excel (accurate table extraction)

3. PDF to PowerPoint

4. PowerPoint to PDF

5. Watermark PDF (drag-drop text/image with opacity, font, overlay mode)

6. Page Number tool (font, position, start value)

Tech Stack: React (Vite) + Tailwind CSS + Python (PyMuPDF, pdf2docx, tabula, etc.)

UI must match existing clean layout (samples provided)

Functionality must be fast, accurate, and user-friendly on mobile & desktop

I'm open to hiring per tool or complete package

Delivery: 5-7 days for full pack
