I am seeking a team or individual capable of developing a web application that combines the power of OpenAI's GPT technology with Python's pandas library for automatic analysis of Excel files. The application should comprise the following features:
1. **File upload interface**: This will allow users to upload two Excel files. I'm open to using web frameworks such as Flask or Django for this purpose.
2. **Natural Language Processing**: With the use of OpenAI GPT models, users should be able to input their requirements in natural language (e.g., "compare the quantity differences between the sales order and delivery note"). The GPT model should parse these instructions and determine the specific analysis operations to be performed.
3. **Data Processing and Analysis**: Once the GPT has parsed the user's requirements, the pandas library should be used to read the Excel files and perform data processing and analysis as per user's requirements.
4. **Result Presentation**: The analysis results should be displayed on the web page, or be exported as a new Excel file for users to download.
