We are seeking an experienced Python developer and educator to create a comprehensive, self-paced online course focused on Raster Data analysis. The course will utilize Python programming within Jupyter Notebooks to teach practical and theoretical aspects of raster data handling and analysis.

Scope of Work:
- Course Structure: The course will consist of 7-8 lectures, each designed to be completed within a week, making the entire course duration approximately 7 weeks.
- Content Creation: Each lecture will include a Jupyter Notebook containing both theoretical content and practical exercises. These notebooks should be self-explanatory to facilitate independent learning by students.
- Data Use: All practical exercises will utilize openly accessible raster data from the United States to ensure that students can freely access all necessary materials.
- Course Outline: A detailed course outline will be provided to guide the development of each lecture, ensuring all key topics are covered comprehensively.

Deliverables:
- Complete Jupyter Notebook for each lecture, including notes and practical exercises.

Payment:
