Development an LLM Application with GPT Chat and Document Reading Capability

We are seeking a skilled developer with expertise in Python, Langchain, ChatGPT, and ChromaDB to design and build a general Language Model application.
Objective:
The primary aim is to create an application that can read documents (.PDF, .doc, .txt) and allows users to interact with a Chatbot to ask questions. The responses should be limited to the content within the uploaded documents.
Key Features:
Document Reading: The application should be capable of reading documents in .PDF, .doc, .txt formats, and would be great if could perform web crawling to read pages or entire websites.
User Interface: The application should feature a simple chat bot interface/window for users to make inquiries.
Database Compatibility: The application's database must be installable on a third-party server such as Google Cloud, AWS, or any similar provider.
Mobile Compatibility: The application should be accessible and fully functional on mobile devices.
Specific Requirements:
Response Settings: The application should offer flexibility in answering user queries, with options for precise ('fact') responses or more creative replies. This should include customizable settings for temperature, model, and tokens.
Chat GPT API Integration: The application should allow for the insertion of the Chat GPT API key.
Chatbot Customizability: Users should be able to customize the chatbot, including its icon, startup phrase, error phrase, and other bot window adjustments.
Inappropriate Content Control: The application should include mechanisms to monitor and filter inappropriate words in the chat.
Placeholder Link Integration: The application should allow the inclusion of links to placeholders such as an email address for contact, a form for specific queries, etc.
Embeddings Maintenance Menu: An important feature required is a menu for managing embeddings where you can add or remove. The model should support partial training when new documents has been uploaded.
Deliverables:
The selected developer must provide the source code used for the development of the application.
