Development of Afrofeeling platform

I'd like to redesign the https://afrofeeling.com/ platform, which is currently in Drupal, using Python/Django and React or PHP/Laravel & React code, respecting this layout https://www.figma.com/file/VN0YpcIPINUubGxN7ZRfxa/Afro-Feeling-v4?type=design&node-id=0-1&mode=design. But I more prefer Python/Django and React.
The platform includes the following areas:
- Magazine/Blog
- Business Listing
- Agenda
- Marketplace (Multivendor)
- PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
- Forum
- Advertising space module
#### Magazine/Blog
This offers a variety of articles enriched with photos and videos. Users can interact by leaving comments and sharing this content on social networks.
Features :
- Publication of articles with text, images, videos, links, pdf document insertion.
- Possibility of publishing polls where users can vote.
- Create a link between the Diary and Blog areas, where you can publish in conjunction with a diary event.
- Advanced filtering of publications.
- Allow users to leave comments and share publications via social networks and Whatsapp.
- Allow Internet users with an account on AFROFEELING to add articles of interest to their "Favorites".
#### Business listing
The business listing will be similar to Yelp.com. This space enables users to find the best addresses and references in Dakar, while giving them the opportunity to leave reviews to share their experiences.
Business features :
- Business account creation and administration
- Ability to enter contact information such as address, phone number, email address, geolocation, etc.
- Businesses will be able to list their services and enable web users to book appointments directly.
- Businesses can post photos, videos, etc. on their wall.
- Businesses can be followed by Internet users and alert their subscribers every time they post a new service or promotion.
- Enable businesses to receive and respond to customer reviews.
- Allow businesses to generate review sharing links that they can send to their customers for a specific service.
- Enable businesses to have a Shop section where they can list their own products for sale. Customers will then be able to order their products from their profile page, or find them directly in the Marketplace.
- Send e-mail alerts or push notifications to subscribers of a business that adds a new service, product or promotion.
- Allow businesses to receive messages directly via a contact form on their profile page.
- Businesses will be notified by email when a user contacts them via the question form, when a user makes a reservation, makes an appointment or buys their product.
NB: When a business creates a Business profile, its profile will not be automatically available. It will need to be validated by the AFROFEELING administrator before the business can start listing its services and products and other information.
Features for web users:
- Search for businesses by (name, address, city, nearest business "geolocation", etc.)
- Visit a business's profile
- Ask the business a question via a form, as on Yelp.com
- Browse a business's services and book an appointment or consultation
- Browse the business's products, add to basket and confirm order
- Leave feedback on the business, its services and products.
- Contact the business directly
- Follow a business and be informed when it adds a new offer, service or product.
#### Agenda
The calendar section will be dedicated to sharing upcoming events.
Features :
- Publication of events (start date - end date, text, image, videos, address, location, contact information)
- Filter by event title, date, month, year, location
- Link events with ticket sales. In other words, an event can be used to sell tickets directly. In this way, users can create an account, reserve their place and pay for their ticket on the site, and receive a confirmation e-mail with invoice details. At the event, he or she can present the receipt with a QR code if possible, and attend the event.
- Have an Alert form, where web users can add their email address to receive a reminder when the event is approaching. This form can be linked to a MailChimp newsletter or other emailing platform.

Like Groupon.com, the Marketplace offers buying and booking opportunities, enabling Internet users to discover bargains directly on the platform.

- Add categories, tags, products (simple & variable)
- Modify/delete categories, tags, products.
- Product stock management
- View order list
- View customer list (first name, last name, email, etc.)
- Contact customer via e-mail
- Receive real customer reviews
- Reply to reviews
NB: When a business creates a Vendor profile, its profile will not be automatically available. It will need to be validated by the AFROFEELING administrator before the business can start creating its categories and listing its products.
NB: At marketplace level, a customer cannot add products from different Vendors. A warning message must be displayed to tell him that he cannot order products from different vendors at the same time.
NB: When a customer places an order and pays online, the Vendor does not receive the payment directly. The payment goes directly into AFROFEELING's account. AFROFEELING will then pay the Vendor after deducting the commission that AFROFEELING will apply. A business can make a request for payment, which will be transferred to it according to the desired means of payment (local mobile money) within 48 hours.

NB: So for publications in the Blog, Agenda, Service Business listing, Marketplace area, you need to have an option if the publication, service or product is intended for VIP members only.
#### Forum
This space will enable Internet users to exchange ideas, news and more.
Features :
- Make publications (text, images, videos, polls, location, etc.)
- Users can leave comments on publications.
- Add Like buttons
- Filter publications according to topics entered by the AFROFEELING administrator.
#### Advertising space module
This module will enable you to create advertising inserts in image format, png, jpg, gif or video for businesses.
It can be used to redirect links to advertised offers, and provides simple statistics for each advertisement in terms of impressions and clicks.
#### Administration area
This area will be controlled by AFROFEELING and will allow you to administer the entire platform.
There will be different levels of administrator, e.g. super admin, moderator, editor, etc.

- The platform must be multilingual (French & English).
- The aim of the platform is to be able to deploy it in other countries in the future.
