Developer needed

Create a code which will automatically change the bio of my fb. There will be a txt file and the bio will be saved in it. Every 10 minutes the bio will be picked up from the txt file and set in the bio, there is one more function to add, to unfriend my facebook friends, my friend list is 4,000, I want to auto unfriend everyone
