We are seeking an experienced UI developer proficient in Python and Tkinter to work on an exciting project aimed at revolutionizing home automation. The project involves creating a user-friendly interface for the Smart Switch Board, which offers a range of functionalities including real-time monitoring, device control, notifications, smart device management, alarm setting, and system health information.

Scope of Work:
- Develop a UI using Python and Tkinter for both Raspberry Pi OS and Windows platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration of real-time monitoring features such as power usage, weather conditions, room temperature, humidity, and air quality.
- Implement controls for up to 10 electrically connected devices, allowing users to adjust settings like LED light intensity and fan speed.
- Incorporate notification systems for room conditions, warnings, and government-pushed alerts.
- Enable management of Wi-Fi-connected smart devices through the UI.
- Integrate alarm setting functionality for added convenience.
- Provide insights into the health of the system, including Wi-Fi status, input voltage, current, and system temperature.
- Utilize Redis as an in-memory database for Raspberry PI OS and flat file storage for Windows, ensuring data persistence and efficient operation.
- Ensure maintainability with well-documented code and a modular design that facilitates future updates and enhancements.
- Prioritize usability, creating an intuitive interface suitable for a diverse user base.
- Ensure reliability by minimizing unexpected crashes or errors.
- Implement relative sizing to accommodate various resolutions and display sizes, including 720p, 1024p, and 2k with an 8.9” display size.
- Provide compatibility with both Windows and Raspberry PI operating systems.
- Minimize the introduction of new packages to maintain simplicity, low footprint, and efficiency.
- Support theme selection within the UI, allowing users to change themes at any time. Reference themes are provided in the Themes section below.

Deliverables:
- Fully functional UI for Smart Switch Board compatible with Raspberry Pi OS and Windows.
- Well-documented code with modular design.
- Integration with Redis for data persistence on Ubuntu Core and flat file storage on Windows.
- Theme selection feature with support for Light, Dark, and Minimalist themes.
