We have a fairly specific project that requires an accomplished AI/ML developer who is familiar with all aspects of properly training an LLM from Scratch.

To start with, we need your Data Scrapinng expertise to generate a corpus from a vast array of sources. This will be associated with Intellectual Property and Contract Law specifically and as such will require a number of tools to reach across the internet and collect and store the necessary data.

Following collection of a complete Corpus, we will need you to effectively Train and Fine Tune the LLM which will ultimately be responsible for generating Service Based Contracts and various Policies that are used within our industry and across a span of industries.

Ideally, being able to distill the information and develop an LLM fully capable of conversing with non-legal people to collect the salient information for the drafting of such documents is the intended outcome.

Ultimately this will be an LLM that interfaces with a Node.js and Next.js based React application and therefore will need to be something we can effectively hook up for the intended purpose.

As such, you should be fully confident in all aspects of the process and have examples of LLMs that you have built from scratch including work that you have done to actually collect and assemble a corpus, training, fine-tuning, enumeration of the data into vectors and best practices for storing and interfacing the LLM for it's intended purpose.

The payrate will be set based on a number of factors, please note we are NOT intending to exceed the budgeted rate, particularly given the reality that the industry is flooded right now with development professionals.

Cheers and happy bidding!
