Develop a photo frame raspberry Pi

Hello Team,

Can you help develop a digital photo frame using Raspberry Pi?

Expectations
1. A mobile app (ios & android) from which users can upload photos to photo frame.
2. Users should be able to create a playlist.
3. 1 playlist has 1 .. 20 pictures.
4. Users can make a specific playlist active.
5. Selected playlist photos should be displayed on the photo frame.
6. Raspberry PI should displays photos for the selected playlist.

1. Raspberry powered photo frame - Python
2. Backend server - Manage playlist, Upload photos - Spring Boot, DynamoDb, AWS S3,
